The Happy Easter Bunny
This is the Easter Bunny. He is a happy bunny.
The Easter Bunny lives in a small house. The house is near many trees. He likes his house.
One day, the Easter Bunny wakes up early. The sun starts to show. “Good morning!” says the bunny to himself.
He has a big job. He has many eggs. The eggs are red, blue, yellow. “Very pretty!” thinks the bunny.
The bunny takes a big basket. He puts the eggs in the basket. The basket is heavy! “Oh, oh,” says the bunny, but he is happy.
The Easter Bunny goes out of his house. He starts to hop. He hops to the left. He hops to the right. He goes to many houses and many gardens.
He hides the eggs. He puts one egg under a flower. He puts another egg near a small tree. “All done!” says the bunny, with a smile.
Later, the children wake up. “Where are the eggs?” they ask. They look everywhere. “I find one!” says a happy boy. “Me too!” says a girl.
The Easter Bunny stays hidden. He watches the children. He is very happy. “Happy Easter!” he thinks. He likes his job.
He is a happy bunny. The children are happy too. The end.
